A perfect child.

We are all perfect children. Only someone else's belief changed our minds on this. Once we believe this outside voice it becomes our inside voice. Continuing its cycle. We pass this belief along to whoever we come in to contact with. Whether we know it or not. All our actions come from what we feel about ourselves.

So what can be done about this?

I’ve written about this in other blogs. If you have read any of the others you’ll notice it’s really the same theme over and over again. To observe yourself and see where your beliefs about yourself effect your actions.

Do you love yourself?

Do you trust yourself?

Do you show yourself compassion?

Do you see yourself as the perfect creation that you are?

Do you allow yourself to make mistakes?

Do you understand why you react the way you do?

The amount we do and believe these things about ourselves directly correlates to how much we can offer this to others. This is the work. We must learn to love and understand ourselves unconditionally. No other human can do this for us. No one. Only God knows every hair on your head. They’ve been counted.

As Gabor Maté said “Imagine you are the most cared for and loved human in the universe? How would you react to anyone or anything knowing this?" Nothing would be personal, only you could make it personal, because of your own beliefs about yourself.

So I ask you to stand still and see yourself as you truly are. Feel this please, as it’s true.

You perfect Son, You beautiful boy.

You perfect Daughter, You beautiful girl.

Know this and see it in others.
